  • Advertising and lead information submitted through platforms such as LinkedIn, including your name, contact details, company, job title and information about assets you may wish to sell.
  • Website and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, session information and cookies or similar technologies.
  • Video-surveillance recordings collected at our premises for security, loss prevention and safety purposes.

4. Why We Collect and Use Personal Information

  • Create and manage bidder, buyer, consignor and customer accounts.
  • Register individuals for auctions and administer bids.
  • Process purchases, deposits, payments, payouts, refunds, commissions and settlements.

  • Evaluate potential consignments and contact individuals or businesses about vehicles, equipment, inventory or other assets they may wish to sell.
  • Catalogue, market and sell consigned assets.

When you submit information through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or another advertising platform, we use that information to review your inquiry, assess the assets you may wish to sell and contact you about relevant consignment or auction services.

By providing personal information to us, you consent to its handling for the purposes identified at or before collection and as described in this policy.
