  • PBR Auctions Guarantees A Free And Clear Title/Registration On All Vehicles/Products With And With Out VIN Unless Otherwise Stated.
  • Vehicles May or May Not Have a Lien at Time of Sale, We Will Provide Lien Release on Any Sold Vehicles at a Time of Payment.
  • No Arbitration Over 300,000 km.
  • Our Commission Rates are as follows, Non-VIN Items are subject to 15% buyer's premium (no min. to max. $699 buyer's premium per item), VIN Items are subject to 15% buyer's premium (min. $100 to max. $699 buyer's premium per item). All VIN Items are subject to a $29.99 Documentation Fee.
  • All Items Bought from PBR Auctions Are Subject to Buyer's Premium and Both Tax (GST + PST) on Top of Bid Amount
  • All Purchases Must be Paid within 48 hours of winning, payment or pickup can be done from Monday to Saturday between 10am to 5pm.
  • No Need to Make Arrangements if you're picking up within timeframe.
  • If you're unable to pay or pickup within 48 hours, Please call us at 306-931-7666 or email us at help@pbrauctions.com to arrange payment and pickup.
  • Due to Space Constraints at PBR Auctions, Once Item/s are Paid in Full the purchaser will have 7 days max. from purchase/auction date to pickup item/s.
  • NO EXCEPTION on Free Storage unless Written Confirmation from PBR Staff over email or in writing on special request basis.
  • If Purchaser fails to comply with these guidelines, the item/s will be resold on the purchaser’s behalf in auction minus 30% commission.
  • No Person will be entertained without written confirmation of arrangement after 48 hours of timeframe.
  • We will not hold any item/s if there are not paid for within 48 hours. Accepted Method of Payments : E-Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, Certified Check, Bank Draft, Cash (We do not take Credit Card over Phone)
  • All our Liquidation Auctions are Online Only with Live Bidding.

Live Vehicle / Farm & Industrial Auctions

All vehicles are subject to a 15% Buyer's Fee, minimum $100 to a maximum $699 plus GST and PST. It is recommended that the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome be used as the default browser for the online auction.

Vehicles may have a reserve price as set by the owner. The highest bid does not necessarily mean that the vehicle has been sold. The owners will be contacted with the highest offers by us when the auction for that unit ends. Any successful offers will be notified by a phone call and/or an email to make payment and pickup arrangements.

When bidding on the live auction, once the auctioneer declares that the auction for that unit has ended, any bids received after this time will be dismissed.

Please read the description of the units and listen to the announcements made by the auctioneer during the live auction as all vehicles are sold “as is” without warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated. It is ultimately responsibility of the purchaser to know what they are purchasing.

Vehicles can be paid for in person with cash, debit card, credit card, e-transfer, certified cheque or online through website. If paying through website or e-transfer, leave your buyer number or attached email address into notes/message.

All items won through the auction must be paid for before receiving them. You can not pick and choose items after winning them. Please do not bid on any items you do not intend on purchasing, you will be permanently suspended from bidding.

Pick up and payment arrangements must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Units that did not meet the reserve price set by the owner, at our Vehicle auction. The vehicles still have reserve prices, but the highest offers received will be made to the owner. The automotive department will contact anyone who is a successful bidder or is close enough to have a counteroffer by email and/or a phone call. You can always contact Auto Department at 306-931-7666 and ask for same.

Live Online Only Auction Items

Items must be picked up, or arrangements made, no later than 48 hours following the auction close time. Shipping arrangements can be made with additional charges. For any concern or arrangement for pickup or shipping, please send an email to help@pbrauctions.com.

Do not reply to winning email as email address is not being monitored.

If items are not picked up or arrangements not made prior, the items will be placed into the next available auction and the bidder number will be suspended.

Shipping arrangements can be made with additional charges, Shipping charges might be different from showing on website as items needs to be packed first to figure out actual weight and dimensions. Auctions are set to end at a pre-determined time. Although, if an item receives a bid within 5 minutes of the closing time, an additional 5 minutes will continue to be added with each bid, until bidding ceases. This is to allow everyone a fair opportunity to bid on the items.

When placing a maximum bid, the system will automatically bid up to this amount for you. If the system detects two identical max. bids, the first one placed will be given priority. Please ensure that you are the current bidder when viewing items, you are interested in.
