All items purchased from PBR Auctions are subject to an 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (GST + PST), calculated on top of the final bid amount. Non-VIN / miscellaneous items have no minimum buyer’s premium and a maximum of $1,599 per item. VIN items are subject to an 18% buyer’s premium (minimum $150, maximum $1,599 per item) plus a $49.99 documentation fee per vehicle.

All items shown in photographs, videos, and listings are the actual items being offered and are sold STRICTLY AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations, expressed or implied. PBR Auctions guarantees free and clear title or ownership on all vehicles and products, VIN and non-VIN, unless otherwise stated. Vehicles may or may not have an active lien at the time of sale; lien releases will be provided upon full payment, where applicable. No arbitration applies to any vehicle with over 200,000 km and/or sold for under $5,000 (sale price or bidding amount).

All purchases must be paid in full within 48 hours of auction close. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the card on file being charged without further notice.

All items must be removed within 7 days (including weekends and holidays) from the auction date once paid in full. VIN items are subject to storage fees of $10 per day, per vehicle, beginning on day 8. Non-VIN / miscellaneous items not removed within this period will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at PBR Auctions’ discretion, without notice or compensation.

Failure to comply with payment or pickup requirements authorizes PBR Auctions to resell the item(s) without notice, with all applicable commissions, storage, administrative, and resale fees deducted. No extensions, holds, or third-party pickups will be permitted without written confirmation from PBR Auctions.

Accepted payment methods include e-Transfer, debit card, credit card, certified cheque, bank draft, or cash. Credit cards are not accepted over the phone. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. All liquidation auctions are online only with live bidding.
