- All purchases are subject to an 18% buyer’s premium plus applicable GST and PST.
- Non-VIN items: 18% buyer’s premium (no minimum, maximum $1,599 per item).
- VIN items: 18% buyer’s premium (minimum $150, maximum $1,599 per item) plus $49.99 documentation fee.

- All photos shown are of the actual item or items offered. Please review carefully before bidding. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are final. PBR Auctions photographs and describes items to the best of our ability, but makes no guarantees or warranties.

- PBR Auctions guarantees clear title/registration on all VIN and non-VIN vehicles and products unless otherwise stated. Vehicles may carry a lien at the time of sale; lien releases will be provided at payment. No arbitration on vehicles with more than 200,000 km.

- Payment of whole invoice must be made in full within 48 hours of the auction close. Accepted forms of payment: e-Transfer, debit card, credit card, certified cheque, bank draft, or cash. Credit cards are not accepted over the phone. If payment is not received within 48 hours, PBR Auctions reserves the right to charge the card on file without prior notice. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

- Paid items must be removed within 7 days of auction. After 7 days, storage fees of $10 per item per day will be applied and charged to the card on file at PBR’s discretion. Items not removed may be resold on behalf of the purchaser, subject to a 30% commission.

- No items will be held without payment within the required 48 hours. Entry to premises after the 48-hour payment window requires written confirmation of arrangements.

- All liquidation and furniture auctions are conducted online with live bidding. All vehicle and farm auctions are conducted live online with in-person bidding. Follow PBR Auctions on social media for updates on upcoming events and specialty auctions.
