The winning bidder is responsible for removing EVERYTHING IN ITS ENTIRETY from the storage unit.
All, items must be removed and taken away in a timely manner during AHL Storage regular business hours. Unpacking of boxes, suit cases, crates etc. to sort through items must be done away from storage property.
Dumping of any contents or items is prohibited.
Premises must be left in a clean and tidy manner.
Foul language or any inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Smoking on the property is prohibited.
Failure to follow any of these rules or any act of disrespect on the premises will forbid the bidder from any future auctions and will be asked to leave the property immediately and the deposit will not be returned.
The deposit of 100 dollars ($100.00) CASH will be returned once a representative of AHL Secure Storage confirms that all items within the storage unit has been removed and taken away and all above rules and regulations have been followed.
